MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION Flame Retardant 88% Cotton 12% Nylon Twill Fabric Fabric weight: is 200g Fabric conforms to ASTM F1506 for Arc Flash and NFPA 2112 (ASTM F1930) for Flash Fire. The arc flash value (ATPV) is 12 cal/cm2 and corresponds to the HRC 2 rating. The garment is NFPA 2112 / HRC 2 compliant and UL certified. 2" FR reflective tape is ANSI/ISEA 107 compliant. The fabric is mercerized and designed to provide minimal shrinkage, maximum comfort and optimal safety and durability.
Design and size: full sleeve. Heavy duty 2-way YKK brass FR zipper Action back pleats 5.1 cm high visibility FR reflective tape (ANSI / ISEA 107) pockets: 2 breast pockets, with flaps and snap closure. 2 quarter cut swing front pockets, 2 patch hip pockets, utility pocket on right thigh, pen/mobile phone pocket on left arm, side slits pen slot on the left chest pocket, elastic on the sides for better fit. One 4" hammer loop.
WASHING & CARE INSTRUCTIONS FR cotton based fabrics need to be well maintained to prolong life and minimize shrinkage. Follow washing and care instructions. Our fabrics are mercerised to minimise shrinkage. However, it is recommended to wash at mild temperatures and mild detergents to prolong the service life. For garments worn over other garments or for a loose/comfortable fit or if your garments are routinely industrial washed, we recommend one size larger on the garment.
